I have had a great experience living at Peachwood Apartments. The property is consistently well maintained, and the landscaping is one of its standout features. The flowers, mature trees, and well-kept grounds make it a pleasant place to come home to. A special thanks to Alanna and the maintenance team. They are professional, responsive, and do an excellent job keeping the community in great condition. Their hard work is noticeable and appreciated. While the surrounding neighborhood has its challenges, Peachwood truly stands out as a well-managed community. It is a clean, attractive property that feels like a diamond in the rough. I appreciate the effort the staff puts into maintaining a welcoming environment and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place that is cared for.

My husband and I moved here in November of last year. Alana is amazing she works with you, gives you all the instructions on what's needed and very efficient. The area here is quiet, clean and very well kept. I love it.

After living in Peachwood for the last five years I can happily say this is a really nice place to live. The complex is well kept and quiet most days. When it does start to get a little noisy during the summer it's rarely this complex and usually is from parties held in neighboring communities. What really makes the place is the management and maintenance team. The maintenance guys are always friendly and on top of repairs, they done pretty quick and really well. My dog is always thrilled when they come by and has decided they're there to pet her instead of sort out a work order. Alanna is absolutely the best property manager I've ever worked with. She's so on top of things while staying professional and kind. I'd move in all over again for them alone.

Today I celebrate 2 yrs in my home at Peachwood Apartments....Home is where the Heart is...and I am happy to say I'm still in love & feeling safe. That's what great management does. Thanks Alanna for keeping the complex feeling like a piece of heaven for me.

Great place to live

I have lived here for almost three years and love it! Alanna has always been professional and responsive to my needs. She is a great asset to this community! I have never felt unsafe, the property is well lit and maintained. This is an amazing pet and family friendly community!

I’ve lived here for almost seven years, and overall I’ve had a great experience. The office staff—especially Alanna—has consistently been attentive, listens to concerns, and takes action when needed. She does an excellent job screening tenants, which has made for good neighbors, and she clearly prioritizes customer service and security for everyone in the community. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly, and over the years I’ve seen continuous improvements to the property, including updates to shared parking areas, consistent upkeep of the laundry room, and maintaining clean common spaces. For parents, I appreciate that the community is safe, family-friendly, and welcoming for children. The apartment rules are reasonable, and management makes sure they’re followed, which helps keep the community comfortable and well-run. Overall, it’s been a positive place to live.
