Living at Peachwood Apt has been for the most part pleasant. It’s close to the mall, schools and grocery stores, which makes living ideal here. The neighborhood is quiet, but you can expect loud music on the weekends from the neighboring apts. The property is well kept, but you can expect dog owners not picking up after their dog. You will get those inspections from time to time, but that’s apartment living for you. Other than that, I’ve haven’t had that much of a problem where it needed to be escalated with management.

I have lived here for almost three years and love it! Alanna has always been professional and responsive to my needs. She is a great asset to this community! I have never felt unsafe, the property is well lit and maintained. This is an amazing pet and family friendly community!

I’ve lived here for almost seven years, and overall I’ve had a great experience. The office staff—especially Alanna—has consistently been attentive, listens to concerns, and takes action when needed. She does an excellent job screening tenants, which has made for good neighbors, and she clearly prioritizes customer service and security for everyone in the community. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly, and over the years I’ve seen continuous improvements to the property, including updates to shared parking areas, consistent upkeep of the laundry room, and maintaining clean common spaces. For parents, I appreciate that the community is safe, family-friendly, and welcoming for children. The apartment rules are reasonable, and management makes sure they’re followed, which helps keep the community comfortable and well-run. Overall, it’s been a positive place to live.

I can’t say enough great things about Peachwood Apartments, and that is largely because of the incredible Property Manager, Alanna Read. She is truly phenomenal. Alanna is consistently communicative, helpful, and genuinely supportive. From the moment you interact with her, you feel welcomed and valued. Her professionalism shines through in everything she does. She brings a strong sense of commitment to both community and safety, and it shows in how well the property is managed and how comfortable it feels to live here. Alanna is truly what makes Peachwood a valuable place to live, she is the reason I feel at home. I absolutely love my apartment, my neighbors, and all the amenities the property offers! Home should be your paradise and my home truly is. Rent is affordable and all the included utilities are such a plus! The maintenance team also deserves recognition. They are very professional, responsive, and quick to address any inquiries or issues, which adds to the overall positive living experience. Peachwood Apartments is fortunate to have such a dedicated team, and especially a manager like Alanna who goes above and beyond for residents. Highly recommend!

I've lived in this apartment complex for six years, and its been a great experience. Management consistently invests in upgrades that genuinely improve quality of life. Maintenance is fast, friendly, and reliable, and the property is always clean and well-kept. The rent fits comfortably within my budget, which is a huge plus. Like any apartment community, there are occasionally disruptive neighbors-but that's simply part of apartment living and outside anyone's control. Whenever an issue arises, management has handled it promptly and professionally. The community is extremely kid-and pet-friendly, and I would absolutely recommend it to others.

I’m a former tenant who recently moved to another community, I regret my decision. Maybe when my lease is over I may consider moving back. The staff at Peachwood is professional and the community is well managed and maintained. I miss the community and my neighbors.

I have been here for 4 years and the property is incredibly well maintained, both inside and out. The manageer, Alanna, is one of the best managers I've ever dealt with and I've dealt with a lot of 'em. She's very quick to respond and the maintence guys are very polite and professor. I've no problem with roaches. The closet space is amazing too. I came from a two beroom to a one and didn't need to rent a storage unit!

I had a wonderful experience living here for two years before moving to be closer to friends and family. The management was super responsive and very friendly and I loved that is pet-friendly and had community get togethers. My neighbors were great, lots of families and everyone was friendly! And the location is fantastic for commuters. Felt very at home and will miss it!

I'm celebrating my month-a-versary at Peachwood Apts. Having to downsize from a 2bdrm townhouse was a scary transition. The manager Alanna made it so smooth. I had one little problem, that my stove. The maintainence team fixed immediately. I love everything about my 1 bedroom, all the ay up to the light fixtures.

My husband and I have rented a 1 bedroom/1bathroom unti at Peachwood apartments. During this time, we also had a baby boy. The staff and maintenance crew were phenomenal. Neighbors never caused us any nuisance. I have locked myself out of my apartment three times and each time maintenance crew were easily made available to let me into my unit. Whenever we had issues in our unit, maintenance fixed it quickly without any disbubance to us. The pools made available to residence were nice on a hot summer day and well kept. Our unit did not have a central heating system which sucks in my personal opinion. However, the trees around the apartments made for great shading and keeping the summer heat out of our unit for awhile. Just to make note, we were on the downstair untit though. The manager of the apartment was easy to reach through text and if she was out of office for whatever reason, the residents were made aware. Setting up appointments or popping your head in for questions were simple, so I would praise the staff and maintenance crew for the phenomenal work they did and how they treated the residence. Honestly, goung to miss sharing hellos and goodmornings and how are you doing with the staff . A note about parking, you might find yourself having to park on the side of the street if you are using your personal parking space and need to park a secondary car. A lot of residence park on the side street close to our units. It would be difficult to find parking on the side of the street on weekends. The apartment does take a fee for any additional cars when signing your lease agreement. But as far as I’m aware of, you only get allotted one personal parking spot. The only drawback to me would be that the laundry room sometimes was packed/being fully used and if you took awhile to come back to deal with your load of laundry, you could find that someone has unloaded it for you and placed it on the shelf above. However, for me personally nothing was stolen. I would suggest keeping a timer going when doing laundry to notify you when your load it done or when transfer should occur.

I’ve rented a 1bed 1bath apt at Peachwood apartments for 1.5 years. I would rate my experience 5 out of 5 for the quality of the unit, welcoming staff, and great location. The unit was clean, quiet, and any issues were quickly addressed by staff/maintenance. Staff and the maintenance crew were incredibly helpful and nice going out of their to help use open laundry room in the extremely early morning when our laundry key stopped working and opening up our unit when my wife locked herself out. The apartment’s policy of vetting applicants one at a time as to not unnecessarily charge potential residents an application fee was reassuring when compared to other apartments I was applying for that charged an application fee but gave the available unit to someone else. The professional treatment was the same during the start of the application process to the end. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family. Whenever it came time to renew our lease, the rent fee would be increased. It happened when we renewed our lease at 1 year and again for our 6 month lease agreement. Some parking areas are not clearly labled reserved as this did cause me an inconvenience as I unknowing parked in one and woke up in a rush to go to work to have the resident double parking me in, preventing me from going to work and moving my car from their reserved parking spot. The manger rushed to slap a 24 hour thowing sticker on my vehicle while I was still blocked in by the other residence car. I did get the resident to move their car with great inconvenience. Still very good apt but just be aware of the draw backs.

Been a tenant since November 2022. I Honestly have zero complaints i love my apartment, management is coo folks long as you abide by the rules, maintenance is on point anything need fixing they there with in 48 hours. Its quiet and the neighbors are nice and not the chatty type always just a hi and bye.

I lived at peach wood for over 10 years & was not only happy with the staff it's location to everything Grocery stores Restaurants the freeway the mall everything 👍👍.If my job wasn't so far I would still live in peachwood.Thank you.

After dealing with other property managers you realize that Alana was on top of her stuff. Not the greatest area in town but a great starter apartment complex for a family. Neighbors are problematic to say the least but thats the city we live in.
